Deliveries


Our delivery area is within a 20-mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne, for deliveries outside this area please contact us before placing any orders.

Once your order has been confirmed we will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time slot.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to accept the goods at the agreed time.  If we are unable to obtain an answer we will attempt to contact the customer by telephone, if we are unable to get a response it becomes the customer's responsibility to contact us to rearrange delivery.  If we have to reattempt delivery at a later date or time the customer will be charged £ 10.

Express delivery beds and mattresses will be delivered within 1-5 days

From July 2023 any deliveries through or into the Newcastle upon Tyne Clean Air Zone (CAZ) may incur an additional delivery charge.

We will deliver to a room of your choice subject to clear and safe access.

Walter Cox Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items that do not fit in the intended space or through any access point to the intended space. It is the customers responsibility to check all measurements prior to placing an order. If you wish to cancel the contract because the item does not fit where intended due to access or space, you will incur a 25% charge. Any delivery charges are non refundable.

Any assembly/installation charge will be fully refunded where assembly/installation is not possible.

Any orders £300 and over will be delivered free of charge.

There will be a £10 delivery charge for any orders under £300.
